Introducing Roberto Sihuay, a talented Peruvian chef with a Michelin star. Roberto’s culinary journey started in Lima, where he trained and gained experience in renowned restaurants. He then ventured to Spain, immersing himself in Mediterranean cuisine and studying at the prestigious Bell Art of Barcelona.
Roberto’s passion for showcasing Peruvian gastronomy led him to open Ceviche 103, a Barcelona restaurant that highlights the flavors of Peru. This success was followed by Nikkei 103 and La Turuleca. In 2014, his duck with rice dish was honored as the Best Dish of the Year.
Throughout his career, Roberto has worked at esteemed Michelin-starred establishments such as Dos Palillos and provided consultancy services at del Cambio. Currently, he holds the esteemed position of Director of Gastronomy at Restaurant Tentico, where he continues to amaze diners with his exceptional culinary creations and the expertise that earned him a Michelin star.
